When Greta moved to Ireland from Italy, she began working at Antonietta's cafe. A strong friendship blossomed and with it the idea of starting a business together. Antonietta born and raised in Ireland, brought her experience with both Italian and Irish food products, while Greta contributed her expertise as a pastry chef in Italy.
They saw an opportunity to create something extraordinary. After experimenting with pastry ideas in the cafè, they brought their vision to life - something truly special that you can now taste for yourself.
