About me
My name is Greta and I am an Italian pastry chef, but I haven't always been. In fact it all started while I was attending university and I discovered my passion for food and pastry. So, after my bachelor's degree in Business Management, I decided to attend and graduate at Alma - The School of Italian Culinary Arts, one of the top culinary schools of Italy.
After plenty of experiences from gourmet restaurants to traditional pastry shops in Italy, I decided to move to Ireland to improve my knowledge in international pastries.
Following a few years, studying local taste and testing my creations I finally started my own business with the purpose to bring the fruits of my journey to your home and make "our sweetness your happiness"..

In the shop you can find our classic celebration cake but if you are looking for a particular flavour, a bigger size, a reproduction or any special request, just contact us and we will do our best to realize your idea.
